Janeene Lemieux Obituary

Crossville, TN - Janeene Lemieux passed on February 8, 2025. Janeene was the most beautiful soul you have ever seen in life. She saw the best in everyone. Provided every bit of shelter another person could receive. Loved without reason. Cared for more than she should have. As she got older, she would say all the time how she has a beautiful life and could not want for anything to be different. She loved her family and couldn't have wanted for anything else. She leaves this earth with her heart full. She was passionate about Art and all her life has created beautiful works of art. From Halloween costumes, which won most times, to beautiful recital backgrounds, to working with her husband to make a dollhouse for their granddaughters. Her works of Art will live on far beyond her. When the environment was changing, she pivoted and taught herself graphic design, which from there she still remained art minded.

Janeene liked to sing. She belted many a tune in church on Sundays. Janeene walked her faith and worked towards living the way God would want. If Janeene could help someone, she would. She was a very selfless person and really lived the phrase 90% is just showing up. She became part of Stephen ministries to help others because as she would say "when you feel your worst, help others."

Janeene had the special ability to cheer everyone on the same. Whether it was an academy award, or a 16th place participation trophy, she was supportive. She stood up for herself and those she loved. She had a great smile with the cutest dimples and beautiful eyes that shined when she was happy. Janeene is survived by her husband of 56 years Ronald Lemieux. Her son, Steve (Theresa) Lemieux; daughter, Lori Beirne; and son, David (Aimee) Lemieux. She has seven grandkids, Andrew, Sean, Michaela, Morgan, Bella, Leo and Joey. She loved each and every one of her grandchildren so much and was so very, very proud of each and every one. Janeene is also survived by her sisters, Roseanne and Adeline. Janeene is preceded in death by her parents, Mike and Mary Zaroff; brothers, Tom, Michael and Dan Zaroff. She is preceded in death by her son, Jeff Lemieux and son-in-law, Michael Beirne. Janeene's celebration of life will be held on May 9, 2025 at St. Francis of Assisi church of Fairfield Glade, 7503 Peavine Road, Fairfield Glade, TN 38558.
