Fairfield Glade, TN - GerriAnne Mason of Fairfield Glade passed away suddenly Dec. 31, 2025 from an undiagnosed medical condition at a duplicate bridge tournament in Myrtle Beach, SC. She was born in Plainfield, NJ Sept. 9, 1952 to Mona and Walter Schultz. She is survived by her husband and companion of 45 years, Brian Mason, her sons, Robert and Geoffrey Klafter, their wives, 10 grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and siblings, John, Amy, Terry, Robert and Edward.

Brian and GerriAnne moved to Fairfield Glade in 2008 from Allentown, PA where they had both worked for Air Products and Chemicals and GerriAnne received her Bachelor's degree from Cedar Crest College. She became an active member of Saint Francis of Assisi Catholic Church where she and Brian renewed their marriage vows in 2013.

Her passions were family, singing, travel, audio books, and tournament bridge where she attained the top ranking of Grand Life Master.

She was a member of the Saint Francis church choir, Plateau Women's Chorus, Sweet Assurance Ladies Ensemble, and Master Singers. She also played in tennis and golf groups and was active in local charities.

A funeral mass will be held at 10 a.m., March 13, 2026, at Saint Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, Fairfield Glade, followed by a luncheon and a celebration of life. Her ashes will be interred at a later date in the family plot in Hawley, TX. Her favorite charity was Tunnel to Towers.
