Cincinnati, OH - Duncan Fraser, 84, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, Jan. 14, 2026. He was born April 9, 1941, to the late Stanley and Dorothy (nee Schrader) Fraser. Devoted husband of Sandra "Sandy" (nee Austin) Fraser. Loving father of Tammy (Karlton) Ross. Dear grandfather to Allison (Benjamin) Hayden and Nicholas Ross. Great-grandfather of Emerson Hayden. Brother of Nancy (late Walter) McConnell.

He spent most of his life in Delray Beach, FL, and was a loving husband and father, proud Naval officer, and talented salesman known for his warm personality and ability to connect with others.

A 1963 graduate of Florida State University, Duncan proudly served as a Naval officer, commissioned as an Ensign in 1963. He served aboard the aircraft carrier U.S.S. Shangri-La before being stationed at Naval Air Station Jacksonville, where he met his wife, Sandy. A blind date led to 61 wonderful years of marriage and a life filled with love, laughter, and family.

Duncan enjoyed a long career in sales, primarily in agriculture, and was happiest on the golf course. He and Sandy later retired to Fairfield Glade, where he enjoyed golf, friendship, and community.

He will be remembered for his humor, generosity, and love of golf. His legacy lives on through the many lives he touched.
