Douglas Lee Bockstanz Obituary

Douglas Lee Bockstanz, 83, of Crossville, passed away at Life Care Center of Crossville on October 22, 2024.

Mr. Bockstanz was born on July 4, 1941, in Michigan, son of the late Louis Bockstanz and Lois (Bosworth) Bockstanz.

Douglas worked as an executive in the paper industry for many years. He left the paper industry and started his own printing business in Watertown, NY. When he retired, Doug and his wife relocated to Fairfield Glade, the best place they ever lived. Doug was best known for his wonderful sense of humor, his love of architecture, and his infamous annual Christmas letter.

He is survived by his wife, Nance (Longley) Bockstanz.

In addition to his parents, Douglas is preceded in death by his brother, David Bockstanz; and sister, Delynne Bockstanz.
