Muncie, IN - Carolyn Suzanne Beck, 89, formerly of Lafayette, IN, and Fairfield Glade, passed away peacefully on April 29, 2025. She was born July 21, 1935, in Williamsport, IN, to Benjamin and Mabel Adkins.

Carolyn was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who embraced homemaking with warmth and purpose. She was married to Donald Beck for 64 years, and together they raised three children while living in several states. Carolyn found community through P.E.O., a philanthropic organization, and enjoyed hobbies such as golfing, bowling, sewing, reading, and crafting.

She was a woman of faith, known for her quiet strength, love of family, and steady grace. Survivors include her daughter, Cathy (Jeff) Painter; sons, Mike (Judy) Beck and Mark (Jeannine) Beck; grandchildren Scott (Amber), Jaimi (Ryan), Curtis (Megan), Erica (Jason), Brian (Teresa), Katie (Michael), Jessica (Brad), and Maria (Corey); 22 great-grandchildren; and many beloved nieces, nephews, and extended family.

A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, July 25, 2025, at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, 7503 Peavine Road, Fairfield Glade, Tennessee 38558.
