Calvin Smart, 77 of Crossville, passed away peacefully on January 4, 2025. Calvin was born to Lea and Merceda Riehle Smart on January 24, 1947, in Marshfield, Wisconsin. He graduated from Colby High School. Calvin won the Gold Medal in the Senior Olympics of Tennessee. He was an avid sports fan. His favorite teams included the Green Bay Packers and the Wisconsin Badgers. Calvin was an accomplished golfer. He also loved bowling and racquetball. Calvin loved to travel the world with his wife Susan. He was a member of the Fairfield Glade United Methodist Church.

Calvin is survived by his wife, Susan Smart; sons, Mark, Scott, Jeff Knaak, Scott Hansen; daughter, Heidi Good; brothers, Larry and Rusty; sisters, Janice, Diane, Carol, Bernice; grandchildren, Jared, Kara, Brandon, Jordyne, Zachary, Mackenzie, Austin, Justin, Kiersten. Calvin also leaves behind his dog, Maggie. He is preceded in death by his dogs, Smokey, and Heidi.
