Hi Ann, Lori, Sherri and Jimmy and families. I was really sorry to hear of Jim’s passing. I know it is a huge loss for you all. My prayers are with you all as are my mom’s. My mom was especially saddened to hear the news. She had just received a card from Jim. She is coping with her first Christmas without our dad right now, but I wanted you all to know we are thinking of you and send our love.

I didn't know Jim for a long period of time, but the time I was able to spend with him in the golf league was very memorable. Being new to the league, I recall that we had ridden together in the golf cart a number of times and he used to tell me many stories about the golf courses, especially Stonehenge. He made me laugh when he retold the story about a guy trying to drive his car down the very narrow and winding cart path on the back nine of Stonehenge and getting stuck between "a rock and a tree" and having to be pulled out. All this trouble because the guy had had a few too many and "just wanted to go fishing". I will miss Jim and his great sense of humor.
